The May/June issue of the Hastings Center Report (the most prominent
journal of medical ethics)

features on its cover an article by historian and narrative ethicist Alice
Dreger, which calls for "a closer examination of the assumptions that
underly efforts to 'normalize' intersexual individuals and the ethics of
'treatment' for intersexuality."
